Honestly the most incompetent chemist warehouse of them all. Prescriptions never take less than 30 minutes to be processed, regardless of how busy or not the store is. They don’t update their price tags so there are surprises at the checkout and they try to belittle you when it’s their mistake. I got called ‘sweetie’ today when questioning something that was incorrectly priced. The staff member was attempting to be condescending and was so argumentative and rude. A usual unpleasant experience was especially heinous today.

Messed up my prescription, long wait, wasn’t offered generic after I specifically asked for generic brands.. wanted me to pay private full price $78 and I refused.. it’s not what I usually pay at all, I pay $13.99!!! But they called it missed communication on the following day and apologised when I returned to sort this out. However when I got home and checked my scripts? Still am one short, Because yes, you may have cancelled it on your screen but it has not rectified anything and it’s shown as dispensed still! I was given 5 repeats, you ordered 1, I canceled it due to the ridiculous price, come back to you to get the correct one and end up with a repeat of 3!! Explain that?!! But thanks guys..

This is the only chemist I go too it's the furtherest away but it's the best

Very good helpful staff, often extremely  busy.
