Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We phoned through looking for some boots for my daughter, the team were so helpful, and when we couldnt purchase online they put them aside for us till we arrived from Brisbane. Again when we arrived in store the team were super helpful. Thank you to Sophie and Hayley for your great customer service.

First time at Saddleworld. I arrived very undecided for a pair of paddock/ work boots after finding nothing desirable around other shops in Gympie. As a former retail staff myself, I usually miss customer service and expertise in today's world, but here Alyx did a perfect job and convinced me with her super friendly and personal manner into some boots I wouldn't have selected myself. Perfect fit, perfect for the job and very likely perfect for many years to come. Yes, I'll be back : Thanks Alyx!

Highly recommend Gympie Saddleworld. I did an online order and it was expressed post just before Christmas. I also rang to discuss the size of my daughters boots. The staff were very helpful and my daughter is extremely happy with her new boots and clothes. I will continue to shop with Gympie Saddleworld.

Highly recommend! Fast shipping, friendly staff and decent prices. Will definitely be dropping in for a visit when in Queensland next.
