Totally stumped today when the dispensary tech gave me the wrong info. Went to get my usual prescription and asked for my micardis. Dispensary tech went through my scripts and looked like they couldn’t find it. I spotted it and said “it’s that one- the telmisartan”. Got a grumpy response of “That’s not micardis! They are two different things!”nUmm No, no they are not. On top of the fact that I know what my medication is, I am also a nurse so I have medication knowledge. Currently wondering how many others have been given wrong information or have not received what they have asked for due to the lack of staff knowledge. People make mistakes, and that’s ok, but the manner in which I was spoken to is what has prompted my review.
This is the best chemist. They alwaysnhave my medication in stock and fill my script quickly.nI like their buzzer system, so you just wait until it goes off to collect your script and in the meantime you can sit or browse products. The staff behind the counters are knowledgeable and are always happy to help. Highly reccomend.
Pharmacy assistant Lana went above and beyond for me. She listened to what I was needing and showed me multiple options. One of those most knowledgeable staff members I’ve come across. Thank you for your help!

My friend and I came into the chemist late tonight to look at perfumes and had a wonderful experience with one of the employees Hayley. She greeted us and came to help us before we had to ask. She spent so much time with us and gave us her honest opinions on perfumes. As someone who also works in retail I was so impressed and pleased with the service.
