My friend and I came into the chemist late tonight to look at perfumes and had a wonderful experience with one of the employees Hayley. She greeted us and came to help us before we had to ask. She spent so much time with us and gave us her honest opinions on perfumes. As someone who also works in retail I was so impressed and pleased with the service.
So my husband went there this morning to buy Covid test, he had to asked couple of staff members to help him the first had no interest and just pointed. He was shocked at the limited choice and the overpriced test. I told him to leave and to go to Discount Pharmacy Warehouse. Bigger choice and unlike Chemist Warehouse price of 1 for $15. He paid $15 for a pack of 5.nThe service is so much better to at Discount Pharmacy Warehouse
Came in the other day and was helped by a staff member named Ellie. She was absolutely wonderful and a brilliant help when I was gift shopping. Will be coming back much more thanks to service like that!
They lost my script. Doctor wasn’t in to replace it so now have to fork out money we don’t have to replace it because their book keeping isn’t up to par. Now have to go a day without my much needed medication.
I have shopped at this Chemist Warehouse for years. I feel comfortable and love the instore range and experience. Their click and collect service however is not so good. The last 2 orders have resulted in a phone call from me regarding the quality of products selected by their online team. Both times it relates to la roche posay toleraine cleanser. The cleanser bottle was covered in a sticky substance, the bottle was stuck to the other cleanser in the order and damaged the box of another product. Why are they selecting products they themselves would not purchase? Where is the care for their online customers? Spoke with Diane who was very nice however the offer was for me to take the product back in to swap it. I did that the first time, I will not be wasting time and fuel to do it again. Twice is enough for me. Chemist Warehouse Capalaba this is not ok. Do not give your customers dodgy products. Incredibly disappointed again.
