This review is not for Chemist Warehouse, BUT for one exceptional staff member ,LANA in Dispensary. My daughter needed some medication, and Lana took the time to discuss and answer all our queries and concerns. She was knowledgeable,patient and empathetic . Her level of Customer Service was OUTSTANDING. Thank you, we so appreciated it. You are an assett to Chemist Warhouse in every way. People like you, make a real difference in the World today!!!
Asked to speak to a pharmacist about some over the counter stuff as well a medication prescribed to my baby. The assistant asked what my question was and went to check with the pharmacist. Question wasn't answered, I pushed to speak to the pharmacist and they rudely and begrudgingly allowed me to. Even then it wasn't overly helpful and I was made to feel like an inconvenience. Ironically, the packet on the meds said to speak to the pharmacist as there were special instructions! Really really unprofessional service.

Worst chemist in Capalaba tbh i am a regular customer until today iv been profiled and followed around the store by one staff member and been accused of stealing multiple times today I walked in was looking at perfume while my sister was getting her script the same lady asked if I needed a hand then I declined already knowing this lady has followed me everytime around the store and then proceeded to start following me and my sister then waited for us to pay at the counter then asked to check my bag as I left this is the 5th time by the SAME LADY horrible way to be towards your customers.i don’t mind getting my bags checked but there is right and a wrong way to go about that following someone around the store and just pointing out one person then going out of your way to wait for me to pay for my items then check my bag is abit excessive…
