This shop supposed to open at 8.30am. But its 8:45 now still not open. Then a staff in uniform holding a sun umbrella walking past the store door for work and customers waiting outside the store to open. This is a chain store that your customers brought you to ASX listed. CW obviously need more training to your staff to be professional
poor customer service. The asian young girl are really unhappy to do her job….nSo, I went to another CW on the same street, and sure enough, it was crowded with people, and the customer service was excellent. Definitely the right choice.
Every time i ask for the original of a prescription they say yes but end up giving me their own brand.nExtremely rude. I am very angry, frustrated and in pain.nThere is a reason I ask for original panadeine. It is the only prescription that helps, takes away my terrible , uncapacitating migraines. I get home and eagerly take first 2 tables in tears as my pain is excruciating. 2 hours after the pain is a little bit better but is still there..today the pain is at its worst again.nThey may think I would not have realised they tricked me but i know because it's the only pill that has always helped.nExtreangry and dissatisfied. PLEASE DO YOUR JOB.ITS NOT ABOUT YOU AND YOUR PRODUCT! ITS ABOUT WHAT A BUYER ASKS FOR!
So many products to choose from and so much cheaper than other retail stores. They have everything from hair supplies, protein shakes to perfumes.nnYou can also get scripts filled for cheaper than other chemists. Savings everywhere!!nnReally good layout with bigger aisles than some other locations. This store has a massive amount of perfumes and make up brands.nnGentleman on front counter was friendly. Easy parking close to the entrance.
I did click and collect and ordered baby milk bottles from here. When I came home and checked I realised there is no teats/ nipple on the bottles. When I asked if they could offer any service replied was NO. Also, it takes ages for phone call to answer where you waste so much of you time for them to pickup call.
