The staff doesn’t have any knowledge how o serve customers.nI just went to CWH South cannington at back at pharmacy there was a girls i ask her i need to convert my covid 19 certificate of my home country in to mygov so i can get covid certificate here first she said she don’t know about it and then she went back and come back after 10 minutes and said the pharmacist is busy it will take time mac 10 mins and she come back again after 10 mins it would take longer and you can try any other pharmacynreally??ni am not saying it to do free
I visited Chemist Warehouse yesterday evening to fill a prescription. Unfortunately, the lady who assisted me at the prescription counter was very rude. She had an impatient expression throughout the entire interaction and did not make me feel comfortable or respected as a customer.nnAs someone who was already feeling unwell and simply trying to collect medication, this experience was quite disappointing. I hope the store can provide better customer service training in the future.
Went to pick up my click & collect today, 06/01/2026, stood at the click & collect counter for over 5 minutes with a staff member standing at the next counter, but was ignored. I was later told by the security guard to go line up in a queue as per normal, and then I would be served.nWhat is the point of having a click & collect counter if the customers are meant to still join the line to collect their items? The worst part of all is that there were plenty of staff fluffing around, but no one to serve; the store was not even busy at the time. Please sort your business process out, your other Cannington store offers a far better customer service and experience than yours even when they are busy.
Not very helpful staff, Never smile and one lady just gave me a bored stare when I asked if there were any more Oral b electric toothbrushes that were on sale…. Yes I know the sign said out of stock but there were 3 boxes on the top shelf. Which I didnt realise were empty. Dont display them then…. I wont be coming back to this store. The bentley CW has much better service and friendly staff. I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes.
I normally really like Chemist Warehouse and often travel quite far just to shop there. However, what happened today was extremely disappointing and upsetting.nnI went in to buy a few products, and after paying, I wasn’t sure whether the staff member had asked me if I needed a receipt — maybe I didn’t hear it. She simply pushed the items toward me, so I asked if I could have my paper receipt. She told me she didn’t have permission to print another one and asked if I wanted the e-receipt sent to my phone.nnI explained clearly that I was buying the products for someone else and I needed a paper receipt, but she kept repeating that she couldn’t print it.nnAt that moment, another staff member — who seemed more experienced — walked over. The staff member who served me asked her about it, but the second person didn’t respond or do anything at first. Then the first staff member again told me she couldn’t print a paper receipt.nnI insisted once more, and finally the second staff member came over looking extremely unhappy. She opened the receipt printer very quickly, and my receipt printed out immediately. Then she threw the receipt at me — literally threw it — and walked away without a word.nnThis behaviour was completely unacceptable. I genuinely felt that I was being treated differently and discriminated against, which made the whole experience even more upsetting. And if she is willing to throw something else at a customer, what if it had been something dangerous? How can customers feel safe shopping in your store?nnIf the staff member who served me truly didn’t have permission to print a simple paper receipt, then proper training should be provided, or another staff member with access should have been called over to assist me. We are not living in a time where paper receipts are no longer allowed, and not everyone must rely solely on electronic receipts.nnThis made me seriously question whether I was being discriminated against for requesting a paper receipt. If I were someone who couldn’t use electronic devices to receive my receipt, would that mean I’m not entitled to have one?nnI hope management takes this matter seriously and addresses the attitude and behaviour displayed by the staff today.
