At Cannington WA we where in a queue with 15 customers waiting with one very polite young lady serving who had asked for help. No one bothered. Although there were aleast 20 other staff on the floor. We mentioned to the security, make up staff and then 5 staff outside removing boxes, that she required assistance serving and everyone on them put their arms up saying it's not area or shrug their shoulders. Some one needs to teach your staff about customer service let alone helping other staff. All we asked was for them to tell their senior managers, so the till assistant could get help. When I asked her, her response was, I asked several times and nobody cares, nobody comes and then I get yelled at by customers. Shame. My hubby said, your cheaper products should not equate to poor cheap customer service.
It was at chemest at 23/07/2024 around 5:50 pm. I went to get some product for me and I purchased things for around 150$ at Cannington south chemest warehouse. The Indian security lady suddenly ask me to check my bag. She didn’t checked anyone’s else bag. I showed her my receipt as well. I felt so embarrassed as she didn’t even explain why she was checking my bag as there are my personal belongings and I felt so embarrassed . She was very rude. That is not the way you treat your costumers. I am regular costumers of chemest warehouse and I purchased everything from there but this broke my heart. I felt so embarrassed and I regret my buying. It was a huge disrespect for me.nPlease check out you staff’s as they are not culturally competent and they don’t know how to speak with people.
I asked the lady in the aisle to point me in direction of what i need gently.nShe lydia says on i card didn’t even looked at us and mumbled.nIt’s makes me feel bad how people hates their job these days.nThere is no efforts or responsibility of being at work.
Staff Gurpreet was friendly and helped me with finding some vitamins supplements I was looking for today and was attentive. She was initiative and approached me kindly to see if I needed help. Great service by her, thanks!
