Wonderful workers always knowledgeable and kind. Those that complain about the service and the wait times have never worked retail and have no sympathy for those that work in a high demand environment and expect their scripts to take 2 seconds to be filled. Never had a trouble with the service and wait times are to be expected. Best chemist in town.

Felt like a criminal while looking at perfume. I picked up a new perfume to read details on the box and it was grabbed out of my hand with the comment that ‘you can’t touch that’. The door was slammed shut in my face! I do not blame the attendant but rather the process that management use to stop theft. You are demeaning your good customers and I will in future go elsewhere or buy online before entering your store again! Your name is well thought out - just a warehouse not a service oriented pharmacy.

Purchased a product from here and took it home. The product was empty. Went back to rectify it, and they wouldn't exchange. I would recommend checking your products before you buy them. Honest people doing honest things getting ripped off. Not happy

Make sure to check use-by  best before dates on items.nn1 year and 9 months is a very long time over for medical items and it wasn't just 1 random packet either, almost everything in the shelf was well out of date and I was lucky enough to find 2 items that were in-date but way up the back of the shelf.

Older lady with blondish hair piled on top of her head in a bun is extremely rude. No eye contact. No smile. Barks at you. 'You right.'n'Can I help you' would be more appropriate.
