The staff here are a ray of sunshine. /sarcasm.nnDecent range of perfumes. To be blunt, the perpetual sale on Armani Si 100ml was the single redeeming feature. It briefly gave me that hyper-capitalist thrill of smelling like a million dollars.nnBeyond that, very little to praise.nnI was openly judged while collecting my prescribed ADHD medication — stared at like I’d done something illicit, which was both uncomfortable and ironic given the broader issues currently visible around Bundaberg.nnDispensing took an unnecessarily long time, with no explanation.nnThe store layout is chaotic and unintuitive — there’s no apparent logic to how products are organised.nnTo top it off, when EFTPOS went down briefly, the atmosphere turned sour fast. Instead of a bit of humour or patience, the general mood shifted to collective irritation, with staff and customers alike radiating unnecessary hostility.nnOverall: one good perfume deal doesn’t compensate for poor service and an unpleasant environment.
I received the biggest lecture of my 61 yr life for asking to pick up an online script order. I received a text 30mins before I went to pick up the order to be berated about how they are very busy and to go elsewhere in the future. The fact that your are so busy you can't fill a order that was sent in 2 hrs before is a staffing issue not the customer's issue. I have had my scripts filled here for over ten years, and spent many thousands of dollars to be treated with disrespect is very disappointing. If you push your customers away there won't be a business to run.
I did an online order for a perfume and mascara, I received it and the mascara was open, twisted OPEN, it had so seal on the product, I rang and they sent me through another, they put some random sticker on it I've never seen a mascara sealed with, I went in store and sure enough none of the mascaras are sealed and especially not with the random sticker they put on mine, I can see its been pulled off another item and just slapped onto the product!! You can see the finger print under the sticker they put on it, I would've rather a refund instead of them being dodgy and putting any random sticker on it as they are all open products
Staff arent trained in service, lines forming and they mull around looking silly whilst 1 person serves. No wonder everything has to be so expensive because no one actually works for their wages.
This place has continued to disappoint me. Used to love it. Come in, get my script, get it filled in about 10-20 and be on my way. However, last few times I’ve been they hand me a buzzer, the buzzer doesn’t go off, the buzzer number doesn’t get called & my name doesn’t get called. I make it to about an hour then go up and ask as it usually doesn’t take this long, I do try to be lenient with it though. It has always been ready sitting under counter. To top it off too, you get to the front and either have a young person too busy talking to a coworker next to them to even engage in good customer service or someone completely disinterested in providing good service in general. I won’t be coming back ever again. There are definitely a few staff in here who are wonderful! However, this place is ruined for me now. After wasting an hour of my time standing waiting for the third time, to not even be told sorry when I asked about it & have a super blunt interaction when I went to check out. Just incredibly unimpressed.
