This place has continued to disappoint me. Used to love it. Come in, get my script, get it filled in about 10-20 and be on my way. However, last few times I’ve been they hand me a buzzer, the buzzer doesn’t go off, the buzzer number doesn’t get called & my name doesn’t get called. I make it to about an hour then go up and ask as it usually doesn’t take this long, I do try to be lenient with it though. It has always been ready sitting under counter. To top it off too, you get to the front and either have a young person too busy talking to a coworker next to them to even engage in good customer service or someone completely disinterested in providing good service in general. I won’t be coming back ever again. There are definitely a few staff in here who are wonderful! However, this place is ruined for me now. After wasting an hour of my time standing waiting for the third time, to not even be told sorry when I asked about it & have a super blunt interaction when I went to check out. Just incredibly unimpressed.

I did an online order for a perfume and mascara, I received it and the mascara was open, twisted OPEN, it had so seal on the product, I rang and they sent me through another, they put some random sticker on it I've never seen a mascara sealed with, I went in store and sure enough none of the mascaras are sealed and especially not with the random sticker they put on mine, I can see its been pulled off another item and just slapped onto the product!! You can see the finger print under the sticker they put on it, I would've rather a refund instead of them being dodgy and putting any random sticker on it as they are all open products

Chemist warehouse is one of the most unpersonal chemists have come across. They're so commercial and target. Having everything at the cheapest prices that they lack in staff, positivity and personal touch. They seem like a big corporation that doesn't care about the court or the consumer. They just are there to overpower every other chemist which I find unfair and negative attribute to any business which doesn't bring good energy

Lucky they have some good prices , had a prescription  filled yesterday,  they gave me a buzzer and I waited and waited and waited and waited, after an hour with no buzzing or my name being called i went to the counter again and they said oh yeah the buzzer doesn't work and nobody called it out , has been ready for a while.nThe lady at the checkout , couldn't crack a smile ,make eye contact or even manage a hello.nHorrible service

Safe to stay, this isn't my favourite place to go. The overwhelming smell of cheap perfume hits you first. YUCK  There is a particular female staff member who I've witnessed berate young staff members as well as be incredibly rude to customers asking for advice. If it wasn't for the cheaper prescription prices, I would never go there.
