Pharmacy is a health profession, not just a job where you fill scripts and move on to the next customer. Pharmacists study for years to be knowledgeable about medications, health concerns, and patient safety, and that knowledge should be shared with patients. It’s a service role with real responsibility, not just a transaction.nnUnfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here. When I picked up my prescription, the pharmacist didn’t take the time to discuss my medication or address my concerns. The script was simply filled and PIECES OF PAPER was printed for me to read after I specifically asked questions as it was my first time taking this new medication.nnThis felt rushed and impersonal, and not the level of care I expect when it comes to medication and health. I’ll be going to support a local pharmacy where pharmacists are more attentive, take the time to explain medications properly, and genuinely support their patients.nnIt seems like chemist warehouse lives up to their title to get as much customers IN AND OUT THE DOOR. never returning. At least i was able to have a memorable service from this store.

Very unhelpful staff went looking for bee venom moisturise and asian girl just could not be bothered another just refered me to isle 2.nThen checked with guy at the prescription counter wwho checked on the cumputer and we found in isle 5.nSucceful busineses train staff to be customer centric
Chemist Warehouse consistently offers amazing value for money. The stores are well-stocked, Sarah is so nice and staff are approachable, and they often have great promotions. I really appreciate the wide range of products — from prescription medicines to beauty items — all in one place. Highly recommend to anyone looking for affordability and good service!
The short male Asian worker he is probably 5'4 is extremely rude and provides false information to me. Don't be arrogant if you're not that smart mate.
