I recently visited Chemist Warehouse in Bankstown and was quite disappointed with my experience. I had to wait for ages for click and collect, and it took way longer than expected. It seemed like there weren’t enough staff at the registers, which just made the whole process slower. I understand that it can get busy, but better staffing or quicker service would definitely improve the experience. Hope they can work on this!
The price is good.nHowever, some staff is not friendly. There is an old lady who has blond hair and wearing glasses is very rude. She is very cranky with customer. Today, I pushed the pram with my daughter on it. I asked very polite “excuse me, can I go?”. Firstly, she ignored me. Second time, I said abit louder. She starred at me and showed that she was very upset. I do not know what happening to her but please she should not work around customers.
Click & Collect experience was appalling! I ordered 3 cans of deodarant, 1 was a new can, 1 was TESTER and other 1 didnt have a lid. The girl on the phone said to come back to pick them up to replace, when I went and stood in line, the cashier said to go to the back because its been put there.nService is so poor.nAppearance of store is messy and lines are always 20 people waiting..
Very bad service , went to go pick up my prescription and the pharmacists become so rude no respect and no one seems to care. No one welcoming to come here every week for my scrips gone downhill. Staff don’t want to assist and are lazy when ask for help. Terrible lines for register 30 people long eftpos never working tap never work. very bad service , counter only 2 people no want to call for help. Hire better people
