Pharmacy is a health profession, not just a job where you fill scripts and move on to the next customer. Pharmacists study for years to be knowledgeable about medications, health concerns, and patient safety, and that knowledge should be shared with patients. It’s a service role with real responsibility, not just a transaction.nnUnfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here. When I picked up my prescription, the pharmacist didn’t take the time to discuss my medication or address my concerns. The script was simply filled and PIECES OF PAPER was printed for me to read after I specifically asked questions as it was my first time taking this new medication.nnThis felt rushed and impersonal, and not the level of care I expect when it comes to medication and health. I’ll be going to support a local pharmacy where pharmacists are more attentive, take the time to explain medications properly, and genuinely support their patients.nnIt seems like chemist warehouse lives up to their title to get as much customers IN AND OUT THE DOOR. never returning. At least i was able to have a memorable service from this store.

She took the time to guide me and provide clear instructions to help me find two products I needed. Bleach blonde with glasses is extremely rude to customers.nnShe asked me if i needed anything, I told her that the ceiling was dripping and that I would like to test a perfume that was sold out. I told her I know but I’d like to try it anyways, and she had a rude tone, dismissed me with “I’m busy working” and walked off. If you weren’t willing to help, don’t ask the customer if they need help?
Very unhelpful staff went looking for bee venom moisturise and asian girl just could not be bothered another just refered me to isle 2.nThen checked with guy at the prescription counter wwho checked on the cumputer and we found in isle 5.nSucceful busineses train staff to be customer centric
It was a terrible experience. My friend and I went to pick up our pre-ordered items, and I arrived two minutes before closing time just to pick them up. The security guard there chased my friend away. He spoke to his in a very rude manner, saying it was we problem and that no one would help his.
