Mum had big surgery and all the nurses including Micheal on 3B made sure she got looked after. It may sound little but the extra pillow and blanket we got meant alot. Wish more people were kind and caring, for everyone else I cant say the same. Big thank you to the hospital stuff.
Staff as always, is amazing! So helpful, wouldn't mind to have a quick chat with you to lighten up your day despite their busy routine. All the best!

First time in Emergency of this hospital I am really amazed with the services and the behaviour of staffs are specially great. I was bit anxious perhaps, of waiting too long, but fortunately it was so quick I couldn't even go to toilet. As reputation of the best treatment in the world, Australian hospital system is great. Thanks a lot to all staffs and management of Bankstown hospital.
