Nearly died because the pharmacist/pharmacy assistant? would not dispense a medication that cannot stop being taken abruptly even after I told her I had none of the medication remaining. I asked her if there was any possible recourse and her response was a dismissive "Um well you can go to a hospital." About 15 hours later I was vomiting profusely, fainted thanks to vasovagal syncope, then aspirated and nearly choked to death on my own vomit while unconscious before my housemate found me. I used to drive well out of my way specifically to visit this pharmacy because of the diligence, professionalism, and dedication of the previous? head pharmacist Kirstie I believe her name was?. Disappointed that this is the direction the pharmacy is moving in: Being condescended to, and offered nothing in the spirit of actually caring for patrons' health, welfare, or wellbeing. :/ I understand "just trying to do your job" or "having an off day", but Kirstie? went above and beyond many times to make sure I was taken care of, even when she was clearly exceptionally busy and under the pump and working alone - hence why I kept returning to this pharmacy - so this was a jarring event, to say the least, with extremely unpleasant outcomes. No thanks to the pharmacist/assistant in question that I'm still around to write this. I sincerely hope that neither she nor anyone else has to experience what I went through.
Kirstie and the team are exceptional. They have always gone over and above with help. I’ve occasionally popped in to another chemist but don’t get the level of professionalism and kindness that Kirstie and the girls give. My mum now comes to you too, and is impressed. Keep up the good work girls
Spoke to Kirsty, she interrupts and is rude. Edited to respond** No worries, wouldn't want to return my business there anyway, if someone is rude to me for no reason I will be rude back and that's the way it goes. Was simply trying to work out and pay a bill and have now managed to do that with another staff member, and I will say this. "If staff can't be polite and respectful to a customer who is trying to pay their bill then don't expect the customer to be polite back" Cheers!
Staff are the best here. The pharmacists know their stuff and are always extremely helpful and friendly. Prices are very good too.
They quoted outside the building "Will will beat our competitors ". I showed a product that chemist warehouse was selling and sales person said sorry can't beat it or even price match it...false advertising. Won't be coming here
The staff and Pharmacists are very caring and knowledgeable.
