Despite the numerous good reviews, I would heed mine. I do not believe this company showed me value for money and any semblance of customer service commensurate with the price ($199 for a small 2 bedroom apartment). I chose them because of their good reviews... I was wrong.

Wow, I really enjoyed my experience using Steve from Chemdry. My couch was nearly 8 years old and I have never had it cleaned. Chemdry came through and made this couch look brand new. I was so impressed. Pricing was fair and the customer service was lovely & easily to deal with. I was happy to even leave a key out for Steve to do the job. I found a lot of trust within this business and this personal service. Definitely happy to recommend chemdry

After having rented a property for 8 years, it was time to hand it back to the owners. They lived there for at least 12 to 15 years. My dilemma; how do I hand back 20+ years old carpets without upsetting the owners? To make it a bit more interesting, this had to be done during the last few days of a school holiday. I contacted Stephan who assured me that they were using the very latest methods in carpet cleaning. My other concern was finding a company that will turn up, especially it being a school holiday. Great was my relief when the van arrived a few minutes early. A few hours later, this feeling of relief was replaced with one of absolute amazement when I saw the final result. I could not have asked for a better outcome …

We've been working with Stephan and Marianne for quite some time now, and they are just the friendliest, most enthusiastic people you'll find! They are just wonderful to work with - people in our office look forward to their calls. They are so thorough in their paperwork, that I have no doubt that this extends to their carpet cleaning as well. Just a pleasure!
