Looking for somewhere to eat, we chose Chatter Box. 1 because it was busy which means people like it and 2 the food on display was very tempting. I had a sandwich made fresh, as it wasn't in the cabinet. Chicken, cheese, pineapple and avocado toasted. It was sensational. The coffee was really good too. I strongly recommend Chatter Box Cafe next time you are at Sunnybank Hills.

Nice place. Had breakfast menu which is served all day. Cheesy scrambled eggs with sourdough, extra mushrooms and hash brown. Also the breakfast board was average size.
It was a busy Saturday and holiday season, but that doesn't mean a restaurant should deliver bad customer service. We ordered and sat down n got our breakfast really fast. I stood up n took a picture of the food and a young Asian male staff who was cleaning table above us sprayed my arm with cleaning disinfectant. Was pretty sure some landed on our food as well, he just said sorry and n left in a flash. Looks like all the new staffs were young and inexperienced and couldn't deliver basic customer service. If I was sitting down, my whole face would be sprayed in cleaning disinfectant. I was furious but as they were busy so I didn't complain, just ate n left....will not be visiting again. Btw, food wasn't great either, scrambled eggs were very dry but coffee was fine
Come for the breakfast and coffee, this is where their game is strongest. The Kickstarter breakfast, ommelettes and eggs benedict are all reliably good choices. They have an excellent range of cakes and slices as well. Also recommend the sweet potato wedges.Food: 4/5
Asked for my coffee to be re-made very nicely, its your store that makes it so people are anxious speaking up when something tastes bad or not as it should, I already struggled even asking for the replacement as it tasted burnt, you shouldn't make me feel bad for asking I'm the type of person too always drink 3-4 shot coffees my partner works in his own cafè aswell. To question the customer and say that is how it's made when it was clearly burnt even dark brown in the cup is wrong and disgusting customer service. You work in hospitality and should honestly do better, not sit there and question the customer, I did not ask for multiple replacements just the 1 after spending over $42 on 2 bacon and egg sandwiches/hashbrown and 2 coffees there really shouldnt have been an issue. Ontop of that they microwave everything you can see them do it and hear it from the front seats of the store. I have drank coffee and been alive for years honestly to even question it is stupid, the only staff member I faced with good customer service is the extremely tall Caucasian gentleman with a 1 buzz cut was the only nice and respectful one
I am vegetarian and ordered a vegetarian risotto there. I found a raw piece of meat in it. I complained to the staff but they didn't take it seriously. I understand it's okay for a meat eater but not for me. Amazed at the bad customer service honestly.
Great service , very professional and friendly plus excellent food and drinks. I have been many times and always a high standard.
Overall experience here today met my order and waiting time. Please Don't rely on other reviews because it depends on the day and hour you could be at this cafe. As I said, it was busy as usual when I was there at 1pm today, on a Wednesday. I only ordered a coffee to go, so my experience with the cafe staffs were good in a mannerly way.
Had a very nice coffee & cake experience this morning, mocha was one of the best I've had & very generous size glass, great variety of cakes, this pineapple, raspberry & coconut one was delicious
