Chat Thai

Dont like rating so poorly for Chat Thai as i always loved the other restaurants. Food quality was excellent.... Staff could work a little on the smiles and providing a little service. Reminder that your working in hospitality, not a concentration camp. And keep up with the times, "cash Only" is a little backwards for the 21st century. Specially when the closest ATM is across the road upstairs from the arcade.

This Chat Thai joint offers the cheapest price range out of the Chat Thai franchises (perhaps it is situated in the food court). The service is borderline non-existence (...the only service we asked for was take our money and orders at the counter, we will pick up the food ourselves!) The quality of food is flavoursome and delicious!

A most underwhelming experience. Unfortunately Chat Thai's name did not live up to its reputation. Unfriendly and impersonal staff and average Thai food ruined my "quick bite" experience. Cold and undercooked chicken is never going to score well for me. It's a shame that what was one of the best Thai eats in Sydney's CBD has now become one of the worst.

Very very poor service. We asked the lady if they were still open and she said yes. So we ordered, but forgot to order for one more person. After the transaction was finish, we needed to order one more but she just said sorry were closed. What a slap to the face. Food became crappy due to crappy service.

I came to the shop first and the female staff with hair bun decided to ignore me and served 2 customers behind me. Thanks Chat Thai Townhall.
