The food here is consistent with all the other Charlie’s outlets, but what’s different about Kenmore is the staff. They always have a smile and are always happy to serve you.

Very dissapointed of the quality lately,  we used to be regulars at least 4/5 times per week but the quality of the acai bowls have decreased tremendously,  I couldn't even eat mine tasted like off Banana  and felt like I was been ripped off,when I mentioned it to the staff they didn't even care,   never coming back again

Good food
Good service
Over time, management seems to have gone downhill. I think they're not putting enough staff on in busy times which seems to be a common theme of reviews.

The display has gone down in terms of quantity and variety.

Their donuts however, are bloody ace.

Use to be really good with a huge display cabinet full of salad bowls. I use to go in nearly every Friday afternoon to pick up a salad bowl and juice. They have now downsized to a TINY display cabinent with only a few salad bowls that are ALWAYS sold out by the afternoon. I went in a few weeks ago and the salad bowls were sold out as usual, but they had some "fresh salads" which you could purchase a small or large container of. I purchased a large container for $14.95 and as you can see from the picture, this is all I got for $14.95! I think I got about 4 mouth fulls out of it. I'm not going to bother making the trip to come in anymore. Which is a shame, because I use to really enjoy it. Extra star only given because the fresh juices are nice.
