RESPONSE TO OWNER: No, I have never had any contact from company management, only the franchise manager, which I was not satisfied with and did let him know. He never responded again. Since I made this review two weeks ago I would have thought company management would have been in touch sooner if they were interested in what I had to say. I have no need to re-contact Charlies Raw Squeeze again.

Inept, disinterested and unfriendly customer service; lack of consistency in portion sizes (and demands from staff as to who served a different portion size the last time!); hot and stuffy, grubby interior ..... I’ll be giving my money to Açai Brothers and Coco Bliss in future. And yes, I did try to discuss with management before writing this review. Don’t waste your money.

Be varey careful when ordering the nice-creams and smoothies.  Three times in a row after ordering and eating this product I have become sick from rotten fruit that has been put into what I ate. I will no longer eat there ever again in my life. This place is supposed to be and promote healthy living but due to them buying fruit in such high quantities they don't care if they serve rotten fruit. 

Their name should be changed to charlies raw fruit.

A smaller location in the Charlie's franchise. They offer the usual juices, acai bowls, coffee, salads/wraps to go, raw slices and toast.  Everything is vegan. They also have occasional visits from the Moo Free Burgers food truck.
The inside sitting area is tastefully decorated and has a children's area. There are also a few seats outside - these can be sunny at the right time of day, but do suffer from traffic noise.
My pick is the Pad Thai salad, followed by a berry ripe slice.

Was super excited to eat here and was so happy that the healthy option was available and was looking forward to this all day. The food and juice was okay and tasty, but the customer service was some of the worst. It made me not enjoy my experience at all. This is your first point of contact and engaging with potential life time customers. Rude unhelpful and cold. I suggest you have a happy person on the counter if you want repeat business.

Some days are goood some days are a bit slack.  Girls seem to stand around and chat a lot. Tables aren't cleaned often enough as I've been there at least 7 times over the last 12 months and it's been hard to fins a clean table. If I had somewhere else to go I would.
