Dont get confused !nYes you can do BABY ULTRASOUND here,nJust go to lobby and see the left side , u will find the RECEPTION DESK for ultrasound,nnSometimes so weird, if we patient in RPA HOSPITAL which is theres ultrasound inside RPA HOSPITAL level 5 and we routine monthly check up for pregnancy in level 5 RPA , why midwives asking me to go here! And after get ultrasound here, i should walking to RPA hospital level 5 with big tummy !nWhy sometimes the midwives not thinking clever !nnRPA STAFF working in same building and same vision , but they brain not connected each other!
Pauline Karen just told me and my partner to leave because I was wondering in the corridor looking for my partner. Now our 36 week ultrasound has been interrupted by her and other staff because of her poor customer service skills. I would not recommend any one wishing to have an ultrasound to go here because of their bad service.
My first experience of booking my early pregnancy ultrasound was a complete confusion, I went through the RPA fetal medicine and I said not to worry about it because I couldn’t get the time I needed. I magically one day got a call 3 minutes before the “appointment” they had just randomly booked for me asking if I was coming to the appointment? I had already gotten it done through another place. I then booked a 36 week scan, six weeks earlier, so I could finalise my position there and when I got there the session was interrupted because my partner had to go and get my medical records from the car and my partner was kicked out because he was looking for the room and I decided to leave because he was my only support person and they were super rude didn’t allow us to finish our appointment. Also I couldn’t breathe and I pulled my mask down to expose my nose and the lady told me to put it up while 36 weeks pregnant! Lying on my back! What a joke! Go elsewhere.
Very new and fresh. Very friendly staff from the front desk, nurses and radiograhper. Easy access for wheelchairs and prams. Very covid safe with sign in and hand sanitizer as well as mask that the nurse gives you. Only problem is the parking , there is a large parking lot next to the building but it is $20 an hour and once you drive in you have to pay parking outside is also difficult it is all metered parking if you are lucky to find a spot half the street parking is for staff so make sure you read the signs. We were 10 minutes over time and copped a fine. My advice is go by public transport if you can , bus stop is right out the front of the hospital. Plenty of buses to central railway station if required.
Easily the best theatre on usyd's main campus. The air conditioning works, the sound system works, there are power points for every seat, the projector screens both work.nnIt is, however, difficult to find for the first time it's underneath the cafe and CPC staff are quite rude if you ask for directions.
