The blonde young lady that helped with my prescriptions at the front desk was very sweet and professional. The place was warm and clean very welcoming. The female Polish doctor that saw me was very understanding, helpful and friendly, great experience overall, I highly recommend

I have been coming to this GP Practice for many years and always had great service and care. There have been many Doctors come and go however Dr Hussabi who is there at the moment is always professional, caring and extremely knowledgeable. Sometimes the wait times are a little longer however this is due to some patients needing/taking extra time with their set 15 min appointments which sets the Doctor back. Also, I always remind myself that it’s a bulk bill practice and these are few and far between these days. We are lucky to have Dr Hussabi and this practice in the St Kilda area!

I would not trust this practise with your medical history. They took over from Fitzroy Street Medical Centre and have categorically refused to help me, failed to ensure an adequate handover of medical information and/or implemented any patient care planning. The reception staff have been polite, but this is perhaps the single worst experience I have had with the medical system in this country. I will be reporting the practise to the Health Complaints Commissioner as I am fairly certain this constitutes medical negligence.

Fantastic experience for my sons first appointment @ Fitzroy Street medical centre with dr Martin Hassabi. We Have recently moved St Kilda and was looking for a new local GP. We found Dr Hassabi extremely caring, personable & knowledgable. Very happy and the bulk billing is an extra bonus.

This place is great. I have found the staff friendly and communicative. Dr Hassabi is very friendly, personable and takes his time to listen to patients and provides clear advice and information.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Read on… you have been warned. A number of significant issues with this clinic. Firstly, good luck getting a remote/Telehealth appointment. I had my call 60 mins late, no message/call to explain that it’s running late or a revised ETA. If you’re unemployed and are willing to stay near a phone all day in the hopes someone might contact you, then this might be the clinic for you! I would also suggest that coming to this clinic and hoping for anything more than a medical certificate, may only result in disappointment. At least one doctor at this clinic lacks the experience/skills to diagnose a number of ailments. Though strangely the same doctor can also help you, if you go to his specialist laser clinic… Again, I can only speak from my experience, but this clinic has hired at least one doctor that will argue with you, cut you off from talking, shout at you and tell you that your medical needs are not ‘urgent’ despite all evidence to the contrary. Needless to say, but there’s an active complaints with AHPRA Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency concerning the doctor and HCC Health Complaints Commissioner concerning the actual clinic.

I've always had a very good experience at the Fitzroy Street Medical Centre The staff is patient and polite. Dr Martin Hassabi is a wonderful doctor as he is really knowledgeable, experienced, takes time to listen and understand the issue.

Only interested in $$. We went here while they were in Fitzroy Street and we moved interstate and they want to charge my wife $100 to send her medical history to our new doctor. Very unethical and really, $100 to send an email?

I highly recommend Dr Martin Hassabi. Coincidentally myself and a friend were discussing positive experiences with doctors and it turned out we were both talking about Dr Hassabi! He is attentive, thorough and professional.

Took my elderly mother to Dr Hassabi and was immediately impressed with his desire to help. He was very articulate, knowledgeable and most importantly, cared.Not just on the first visit, but all subsequent visits since.
