I purchased a online voucher and when I checked the details after I paid, I realised the email address for the person it was for was incorrect. I have since emailed and called the contact number advertised non stop for hours during business hours on s Friday only to find you call goes straight to a answering machine where no one returns your all. This is so frustrating as it was a birthday present for my friend who lives in Melbourne and I live in Perth so extremely dissapointed!! I just want a refund now

The best massage that I have received in Melbourne.  It was such a relaxing, peaceful environment. A sanctuary in an otherwise bustling smith street. The staff were very friendly and most professional.

This "spa" is above a restaurant & is a single room only.  You need to walk through the restaurant & pass patrons to navigate the old stairs.The noise from the restaurant was loud in this room.   Worse was yet to come as I was below the air con unit which dripped water on me during my entire treatment.  The treatment was way below average & there is no way I would attend there again.
