I ordered a Belfast sink through Amazon and it arrived three days late and with a dent on the front. We were so desperate to have running water in our kitchen again that we decided to keep the damaged sink but soon realised that the waste kits were missing. I have contacted Aqua Luxury Ltd three times now and have been waiting almost a month for the missing waste kits. It's a complete joke and they will not take phone calls from me as I bought through Amazon! We have a small baby and have been without running water in our kitchen for weeks.  Avoid this company if you want goods ordered in a timely fashion and reasonable service!

I purchased a belfast sink on email in March 18 for a good price £200. The sink was broken in transit and I was asked to wait for a replacement. After many calls and unanswered calls I was told there were none available even from Crosswater the manufacturer.  I phoned crosswater and spoke to them directly  they dont sell direct to the public and they said they had 9 in stock although it was a discontinued item. My conclusion is that this company could have honored their contract with me but chose not to after 2 months of emails . I got my refund, 3 months after my payment. All that glitters is not gold

I purchased a toilet cistern from Aqua over a week ago and it was meant to be delivered no later than 22nd October.  It still has not arrived and I can not get an answer from the tel line.  I have now cancelled the order from Amazon but I haven't heard anything back from the company or the logistics company who is meant to be delivering it.  Poor service

Absolutely fantastic company with great customer service and great value too absolutely first class wouldn't hesitate to use again 5* plus!!
