I am so happy that I found this place! My partner recommended that I should pop in at these ladies after she had a dress altered. Without a doubt impressed with the service and quality of work. Attention to detail was outstanding! I had a jeans altered, reducing cut of leg and taken up and it’s outcome was spot on! Thank you for my favourite pair of jeans. Such a friendly place:
Lost my partners suit! Long story short they refuse to take responsibility and abused my partner in their shop... not recommended if you want your clothes back!

*****Disgraceful! ****** *****Abusive owners***** Staff abused an elderly lady after they lost her dry cleaning. They attempted to give the lady dry cleaning that did not belong to her. When the lady explained she didn’t want another person’s dry cleaning the item was thrown at her. There was no offer to locate the missing item, a refund was refused. The lady left visibly distressed and shaking.
I am totally dismayed by the way my elderly mother was verbally abused by the male and female owners. She was given the wrong doona and and when she tried to explain this she was yelled at and verbally abused. Furthermore the male owner threw the doona at her on the floor. Please be careful if you decide to use this dry cleaner. My mother was distressed and very fearful. Definitely not using this place ever again! Stay away ! And don’t ask for refund if they lose your items ! Beware of this disturbing and unacceptable behaviour by these owners !
BE CAREFUL!!!!!!! AVOID at all COSTS!!! They lost my ELDERLY mothers doona and after explaining to them that the one they were giving her was not hers the owner verbally abused her and the TOUGH GUY!!!!!!!PIG even threw another Doona at her to take. Had her leaving the shop in tears. Because of absolutely no cooperation from these shop business owners i will take matter further with the appropriate Sources available to me. BE CAREFUL!!! STAY AWAY!!! Judging by other reviews this is not the first time its happened and undoubtedly wont be the last!!!!!
Absolutely disgusting customer service by both the male and female owners. They lost an item of my elderly grandmothers and tried to return an item to her that was not hers after payment was made. They then verbally abused her and threw the garment back at her to try and force her to take it. My grandmother was then refused a refund and left the shop shaken and fearful. Terrible way to treat customers when our whole family has been using this business for many years. Male owner should be particularly ashamed of himself for cursing in front of and to an elderly woman and in front of other customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS - VERY AGGRESSIVE AND HOSTILE.
