Very rude and unpleasant staff member - Jenny - in fact she stated she is the team leader! One would hope that with such a complex system they should be correctly trained to handle the public’s queries with patience, empathy and politeness. Unfortunately - Jenny - the team leader showed none of this and my concern is the example she is setting to members within her team. Some retraining is in order!

Unfortunately I got assigned to a staff member with an ugly personality, old, short hair with white and a black strip. Like a crow. Very very unhelpful and was trying to delay everything asking for unnecessary documents when I had everything organized. So I walked off and went to Broadmeadows on the same day and got it done. It was hassle free plus I had every document required, she was just making a fuzz for nothing. I called the call center and complaint too. If you require extra documents you have to list them in advance and online. It turned out I actually really didn't need them either. Management should look in to her her work ethics, before she get beaten up. ZERO rating !!!

They say they will send you things they never do. Staff should learn english and can be nicer they expect you to be nice but they never are they are worse on the phone

My first experience with Centrelink - after all the reading online, I was dreading the visit. However, the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. I only waited about five minutes. I did get to see someone harass a staff member that was just trying to help, and he stayed poised. 

Edit: I just realised I had the women everyone is complaining about below. She was lovely for me.
