Centrelink is a broken mess; but the staff here at Burnie are absolutely lovely. They're compassionate, understanding, and helpful. Couldn't ask for better allies when trying to navigate this awful system
Have been waiting for over an hour to see some one. Have been told only two staff on duty. What the heck is wrong here. So many workstations and no staff. Not good enough centrelink.
There is not much point the office being there.as you are only told to call this number or go online .but I suppose they employ someone who does some work .and is friendly. The security guard.
Although the waiting times can sometimes be extremely inconvenient, specially if you have to pay for parking, the staff are wonderful and I have never had a bad experience with any of the officers.
It was a pleasure to be there! Absolutely lovely stuff, kind and professional. I disagree with all these negative reviews, there was no reasons to complain whatsoever.

Do not bother calling this number. I told them I wanted to talk to a human and the computer told me to go online or go into a centrelink building and hung up.
Only negative was waiting time. let me know everything i could and should do, as well as when.
