It's old but good, gets the job done for me especially as I am close to the city center. Most shops have not disappointed me in customer service and the mall itself is nice and clean. It usually is busy and security personnel are around from them to time. Parking is plenty, a good place to hangout sometimes as well.
I’ve seen other comments about the car park and it’s really confusing as there is nowhere in the car park to say you have to pay and when your inside the mall there’s a pay machine for the parking.nOther than that, it’s an outdated mall with a cafe and food court with limited options available.nThere is a cinema on site. On one of the levels as you go from the car park to inside the mall, there’s some good art work.nThere is also mini golf and I believe an escape room on level 1 which I found cool for kids.nOverall I would return but only to get what I need and leave.

Good mall, only a short trip from Waikato Hospital.nChemist Warehouse here and great selection of food places.nParking normally ok under mall, not much chance on streets outside.nBathrooms clean and well looked after.
Brilliant place to wander around and shop. Or window shop. With so many top brands and bargain stores, make a date and come in to see for yourself. A many level adjoining carpak ensures that you don't have to drive around to look for that perfect parking space.nA food court with the usual fare plus specialty food on offer. Even Maccas.nJust outside on the Bryce Street side are seven top-classs eateries. From getting smothered by chocolate to sizzling bbq meals, make a brunch or dinner date with your nearest and dearest or have a family night out.nIf it's a movie kind of day or night Hoyts Movies are up the escalator.nDon't miss out on the Centreplace experience. 5 stars all the way.
