Great staff very well experienced. We had no appointment but left there within an hour. A bit pricey but had a really good experience I would highly recommend them.

Having our vehicle fixed in December before we went to Sydney for holidays, we thought everything would be safe and sound. The vehicle was also issued a road-worthy certificate to register. We were wrong! The engine blew seven days later, stranding us 1400 kms from home with 3 children. It is a symmetrical engine, the mechanics worked on the left side and didn't bother to check the right side. Speaking with many professionals this is complete negligence, and practices of dodgy mechanics. After the vehicle was towed back, the mechanics then tried to charge us full price for labour for taking the engine apart to fix the right hand side blown head (this should have been checked and repaired in December). They wanted to extort more money from us. We agreed to pay for parts and labour for fixing this but not for the hours in opening up the engine. They had acknowledged their errors and negligence, yet refuse to give any warranty or guarantee on the new work, as the overheating of the vehicle (caused by their negligence) had softened the metal. We still do not have our vehicle back (3 months later). The cost of no vehicle is mounting. Vehicle hire is expensive but necessary to get to work. We are taking this further but I would strongly advise that you think twice before using these guys, as it could end up not only very expensive but also stressful for you.

Excellent service, reliable and prices were spot on. Did the job straight away. Friendly mechanic my first time here. Definitely recommend them
