Job done well and pleasant staff member on sat. Unfortunately on pick up, spoke to someone, quite the opposite. Shouldn't let someone with an attitude serve customers.

Very dissatisfied with their level of service, accountability and lack of timeliness in coming out to fix an urgent problem with the lock that they had re-keyed. They were rude.

terribly rude staff, done the job reasonably ok but took a long time and over charged, definitely don't recommend

re: i gave them a good review because they came and fixed the job that you done! not to mention they were happy to help me, and charged me a reasonable price for the job they done. not a fake account just a customer who wants others to know the truth!

Great customer service, asked for some keys to be copied and then cut down to fit. was expecting to be charged a little more for that out of scope work. No extra charge and very happy with their work
