Was quite difficult finding a place to eat on Easter Monday, so local leagues club it was. Dined at the bistro and had the "buttermilk" chicken burger which had an "Asian" slaw. Chicken was cooked well but the "Asian" slaw was not dressed and didn't compliment the burger. Cucumber in a burger? Strips of raw capsicum? 
Looking around at other diner's dishes - sad looking sandwiches and "burritos" that were just toasted wraps with very little in it.

Coffee was quick and good. 

Venue itself looks modern, clean and inviting.

I came with a friend to watch a show but hopped in for the star buffet and while the queue was long it was actually fast. Really fast. Food was good albeit not sure on the sushi though.

They spent $5 million on renovations but spent $0 on Customer Service training for their staff. Today, at Archie's Brasserie, the male staff member behind the counter ignored myself for 10 minutes, fully seeing I was waiting, whilst talking to his tattooed girlfriend. The Club has modernized the decore, how about modernizing some of their feral staff????

I have visited this Leagues Club in Gosford twice, on both occasions it was to eat at the Star Buffet within the club. I have to say I have never seen such a spectacular selection of food at a eat as much as you can restaurant. Everything I tasted was delicious. I cannot recommend this club highly enough.

A family friendly place for all of is to connect. Their buffet is varied and good.
