Story

The Central Coast Local Government Area comprises Ulverstone, Penguin, Turners Beach, Forth and other towns and localities that each have a distinct character. The character of these places is largely influenced by the relationship between the coastline, the rivers and ranges and fertile agricultural land to the south. The major towns are distinguished by the dominant landforms within which they sit.
