A lovely park on the entrance into the Towers. Lots of grass, sculptures and shady trees. Toilet facilities are excellent. A great place for kids to play and explore.
Great park to meet up with friends for fun or exercise and to take the family for a picnic or just chill out while the kids play.
Fantastic facilities and beautiful gardens. The kids loved the flying-fox Dog-friendliness: The family dogs were welcome here too, absolutely love that as they go everywhere with us
I parked here during the warmth of the day. Shady trees. Easy walking to clean amenities. There was BBQ but I didn't use them i used Lissner park closer to town. Local activities for old and young during the day quite a busy place. Shallow pond and history boards. Lawn area and playground. On the outskirts of town on corner of highway.
This is a well planned park lots of open area and lots of shade and no bloody bats
What a beautiful facility for residents and visitors alike! Amenities block, a picnic/ BBQ area, many trees providing necessary shade for human and wildlife alike, seating at regular intervals around a wide pathway where I observed cycling, walking, scootering, jogging & sports practice after school. Charters Towers should be proud of this park. I highly recommend you check it out!
Pretty little park with nice shady picnic tables and kids playgrounds
Beautiful big park with toilets, and a good playground for the kids. Undercover tables have always been clean when ever we've stopped there.
Didn't like the bats beening so close to a play ground
Lovely park, paved walkway around the whole of the park. Great children's play area, with a recently added zip line. There is a recently added adult exercise area with gym style equipment. Covered seating area and a covered Pagoda provide shade if required. There is little to no sign of the bats which affect Listner Park.
