WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! the lady kept calling us for after we were overcharged. whilst in the middle of trying to figure it out she was harassing us with phone calls and emails complete waste of money and a rip off!

I wanted a quote on changing my storage hot water service to continuous hot water. the guy that came out to give me a quote basically called me stupid for wanting to do that and quoted me on a storage hot water unit. I then spoke to them another 2 times to get a quote and nothing. I would not use these guys. they can't even quote on what I asked for.

BAD! RUDE! and UNPROFESSIONAL!. so we bought a hot water system from them 3 years from them (the unit is still under warranty).. last night the tank started to leak.. so we called them back around 6pm a guy answered the phone with "CALL ME BACK IN HALF AN HOUR IM HAVING MY DINNER NOW"..Seriously who says that without hello how can I help you!! any way we called him back after half an hour and he said he will send someone to have a look at it in the morning.. so I had to take a day off work to wait for the plumber.. however when the plumber came in the morning and looked at it he refused to touch it because apparently they are not allowed to touch the brand that we bought from them! and he didn't tell us over the phone as well! so he wasted my time for nothing!! I recommend this compony to do some kind communication with customer course!!

I would highly recommend Cavana Plumbing to anyone. The girls in the office were extremely helpful. The technician who installed my new solar hot water system were great and happy to answer all my questions. So happy with the decision to upgrade. Loving the Hot Showers!!

Cavana Plumbing based in liverpool are affordable and efficient. Overall i would say i would use them again.
