Had Liam from AB & TB Plumbing come around yesterday to replace our Hot water System. Fantastic, arrived on time,explained everything,friendly and totally professional. A short time later Rachael arrived to balance the system. Again,fantastic, explained everything I asked and also totally professional. Would not hesitate to recommend AB & TB.

I was hesitant about ringing plumbers after being ripped off and taken advantage of 3 times by other local plumbers in the past (over quoting and bellow average quality work). I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Always on time or early for appointments or emergencies. So friendly and more than helpful with problems/advice. Prices and quailty of work are second to none. I have found a great customer relationship with this company and don't even ring for other quotes from other plumbers or gasfitters. Would and have recommend them to everyone in the local area.

AB and TB plumbing have installed my hot water system, put an extra water point on.my garage and added an extra tap to my front yard. They are fairly priced, the customer service is fantastic and were here the same day I called them.

Always super prompt and reliable, our company refers to them on a regular basis and they have consistently had the job completed perfectly, they arrived to an emergency job within 20 minutes one time I called on a Saturday night. They've given me professional advice I couldn't even get from other companies. Couldn't say a bad thing about their team. Remaining anonymous as I want the review to speak for itself. 5 stars EVERY time.

This plumber supplied and installed a water heater for my home 2 years ago. Price was reasonable but there was no choice of brand or size which was totally determined by him. After installed, joints of pipes were not aligned and leaking. I talked to their boss about this. He was extremely rude and refused to fix it and hung up. I sent text to say I'll contact Fair Trading then fortunately they came to fix it. Recently I called them for inquiry of problem about settings of my heater. Once he knew that was not a business chance after he picked up the phone, he became so rude and said there is no more any service for that heater installed long time ago. I told all my friends I will not recommend this plumber to anyone.
