Very unprofessional staff. Front office receptionist "Kath" booked me in for an early 8:00AM appointment and asked me to arrive 10 minutes early. No staff waiting at the desk, they arrived late and no one attended to myself or my partner. We were left waiting over 20 minutes before anyone saw to us, only to be told they made a mistake on our booking and that it was the next morning. We cancelled both appointments due to lack of care, awful customer service and just very unprofessional. This was our first experience with this company, and we will not be returning. I wrote an email to them explaining our disappointment and we have not heard back from anyone at all. Do not recommend to anyone. Awful first time experience and that will be the last.

Dr Martin Goldfeld and his team are amazing and their service is exceptional. He conducted the most comprehensive dental examination I've ever had and devised a treatment plan for my teeth that was clearly laid out with prices and explanations. Dr Goldfeld also provides a friendly and caring service where they clearly explain everything about your dental health to you in an easy-to-understand way. I would highly recommend Caulfield Park Dentists to anyone!

I have never been a fan of the Dentist (not sure who is really...). Silly me left an infection to get very bad in a back tooth. After a full course of antibiotics, things only got worse. I called the clinic in the morning and described my emergency. The reception staff were incredible as they moved the day around to accommodate me. Everyone was extremely compassionate and understood my pain. Dr Martin Goldfield then came to the rescue! His sympathy and kindness made me feel like I was in good hands immediately. Now on the mend I couldn't thank the team at Caulfield Park Dental enough!! Recommend to everyone!!!!

Since moving to Melbourne 8 years ago, I've been through 4 different dentists, never fully trusting any. I recently switched to Caulfield park, even though it wasn't covered as much by my private health, and I would never turn back. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and amazing with the kids. Brian is experienced yet always explains what he's doing and why which makes the experience much more comfortable. I'd definitely recommend Caulfield Park Dentists to friends and family.
