Just had very nice snapper & chips from Catch 22. The fish fillet was generous size & nice n thick too. Perfectly cooked in lovely crispy batter. Chips were good too. Perhaps a little on the pricey side but for the size of the fillet & quality overall, I was happy.
Beautiful Fish and Chips! Unlike some takeaways, you eat what you've ordered instead of just batter. And also, the batter at Catch 22 isn't oily either. It is a little bit more expensive than most takeaways, but honestly, you get your moneys worth. 10/10.
Yum! Such a yummy treat! They are friendly, affordable and provide good quality fish and chips. It's in a really handy spot, so if you are heading down to Devonport park or the beach, grab some hot chips!
Stick with the Fish and Chip selection; best in Devonport. A good selection of other take away food burgers etc; and while okay / good its the fish and chips that keeps me coming back here. A quick walk to the pier / beach also so the food is still nice and hot.
Affordable and good fish n chips!
The tastiest fish and chips Ive ever had fresh fish nice crispy batter..delicious wontons yum
Went there for lunch and it was pretty good. Great Chips, Hotdog was adequate but the steak toasted sandwich was below par. Grilled meat thrown into bread and a huge amount of tomato sauce. Store was clean and menu very easy to read and the prices reasonable.
Value for money fresh fried seafood!
