Castor Bay Beach Reserve

What a great place to bring the family. Great little park, nice sand, tidy toilets beautiful view out to Rangitoto and some trees that provide shade over some of the beach. Hidden Gem!

good spot. close by but you got to get there early dye to limited parking.

Water was so clear & got to watch the America’s Cup for free. Pontoon also included for best view. Very shake-ey because of waves though recommend this beach.

Awesome bay on the north shore for a quick weekend outing. Clear water and fresh air. A great place to escape from the busy city life.

Awesome little hidden beach with an amazing tree for the kids to climb

A very nice family orientated beach with a little playground for the young ones, not a beach to for a big group unless you get in there at 6am in the morning, but then it makes it unfair on other families when bigger groups take up all the tent space, overall nice beach, eater is also nice, sandy no rocks...

Lovely beach spot, nice for swimming, paddle boarding or just chilling on the beach. Not huge so if its busy, might get a bit crowded!

Really nice beach today. Only down side was the lack of parking.

Very peaceful beach outside of peak hours. Nice to relax and have kids as there's a playground there as well.

Beautiful, quiet, great view. Shame the spring showers came along tho
