Most staff members are quite agreeable until challenged in any way, then they become quite agitated. One particular member is just downright unpleasant 24/7 and is an almost pathological liar, if you happen disagree with him whether you're right or wrong your point of view is either rude or illegal. I would recommend giving the buys and loans section a miss if you can, it's just not worth running into the one who ruins it for everyone else.

Personal loan side the best service at cash converters, worst thing about buys and loan are the attitude adjustments needed or a thought towards restaffing one that is most definitely disrespectful, Apon asking it to fix my mis spelt name in there system they said meh we know who you are, but to use a keypass as id is in there books taboo and against the law and thats the rule it desides to follow instead of a matter of a wrongly identified/named customer standards must be so high its laughable
