Worst service I've ever received from any bank.  I visited this branch to get assistance to open an account for a young family member.  When a disinterested female bank officer finally decided to offer assistance they made no attempt to ask questions or even try to understand what I was looking for and they made a totally unsuitable suggestion showing that they hadn't even listened to what I was saying.  I didn't even bother to try to correct her and I left the branch and went to a different bank.  I guess they are only interested in dead customers so that they can charge them huge fees for doing nothing.  The Commonwealth Bank Morwell won't see me again.

Very horrible service very rude and not interested in reporting or helping to report a online scam they just shrub you of and tell you to contact scamwatch.com and on top of that they didn't even have the time or effort to make a appointment for my mother who wished to make me the person in charge of her account, yuck rude and unexpectable commonwealth branch, witch belongs to the government of Australia, very disappointed, people please be aware.

The worst service ive had from a bank, this branch is the reason i changed banks to one that does not fund the clearing of native animal habitats
