Absolutely horrible sold me a faulty Nintendo switch tried to return it during my warranty and wouldn’t take it back and only offered me half my money back would not recommend coming here and will not be coming back to this store ever again absolutely disgusting and rude when trying to explain what was wrong!
I bought an item recently off the cash converters website which came from the Moonee Ponds shop. Item arrived very quickly, in exactly the same condition as was advertised and I got a great deal on the price too. Very happy with their customer service!
Wow, I must say - this is by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Sarah was so friendly from when I called in, to when I came into the store. She was welcoming & spent all the time necessary in making sure I left satisfied. Unfortunately, the amp I bought didn’t work when I tried it at home but all the staff including Sarah, were all very apologetic & gave me a refund on the spot. I never write reviews but Sarah, along with the other workers definitely deserve all the credit. Will definitely be back & referring More people to. Thanks a lot!
Came in grumpy, left and an iphone and a smile. the staff member who dealt with me was exceptional, she managed my query well, made a reasonable offer on my goods then increased it after she discovered some addiotnal information about it. Seriously, this is an honest establishment, but only because the people working there are so nice.

A TRUSTED LOCAL GUIDE - A REVIEW YOU CAN TRUST! Let's start with range of products on the floor, I notice that these guys get in a lot of camera gear, a lot of hard drives more than the usual store generally in excellent or new condition, they also get in a lot earphones and headphones. They seem to do a bit in artwork as well I have picked up a couple of BANKSY's from this store. There prices can be a little more inflated than other stores but they are always willing to work out a deal for you which is how it should be, but it wouldn't be a cashies if some of the prices weren't needing adjustment. The retail team on the floor at Cash Converters Moonee Ponds is professional and friendly and willing to work with you on prices. Buys and Loans - Rachel, Adnan and Ryan are all great and friendly and willing to help you out.
I came though and explain to sales assistant that I have a laptop to sell but with AZERTY key board. I asked if it was possible. They could jusy told me that they don't buy with an AZERTY Key board. But they said yes come with and they Ifirst tlook at it and just no we don't take AZERTY kay Board. Ilost time. What ever they are nt interested by. JUST don't make westing time
