IBeen here couple times and noticed one of the teachers keep yelling at the kids ages under 5 ,if you not be patient enough to be a teacher then leave your job .nAnd from the beginning no one explains to us about the rules only 1 parent can look after 2 kids under 5 ,and after had been told about the rules we knew that we have to leave asap, I told my kids we are leaving in 5 minutesa trick to let them get ready to leave and not cry at the pools shallow pools,and 1 of the staff came again less than a minute told us to leave in a very rude waynWe are very happy to pay more another couple dollars to be treated the way should be and our children deserved to be respected and happy learning.nI feel so sorry to let my children watched me crying in front of them today for this kind of thing not worth to cry for but i couldn't hold my tears no more i was so upset for that behaviour in front of my kids, after all they still didn't understand what was happened...like why do we have to leave ,why mommy cries ,they're kids their brains works slower than adults so give them some times to get ready ,don't just use that tone of voice to treat peoplenI posted here a review but will see what you gonna do about it or you did nothing and continue your business with those rude staffs ,the ladies in the reception was nicer but the staffs who working around the pool areas  and 1 of the female teacher was so rude kept yelling at the kids and act like it's normal to yell at someone's child.nPlease be aware especially the parents, if you see something wrong please speak up for your child and everybody else.

I just want to sincerely thank all of the staff at Casey Race for the incredible support they gave my daughter and our family today.nnMy daughter experienced an epileptic seizure while we were at the swimming pool, which was an extremely frightening situation for us. The staff responded immediately with such professionalism, calmness, and care. They were beyond helpful and handled everything so confidently, which made a very scary moment feel much more manageable.nnWhat meant so much to me was that they didn’t just look after my daughter, they looked after me too. They made sure I was okay, supported me emotionally, and helped my family through the situation with kindness and reassurance. You could truly see the compassion in the way they do their jobs.nnI am so grateful for the way they handled everything. They were absolutely amazing, and I will never forget the care they showed us today.nnThank you, Casey Race, for having such wonderful people on your team.

Has gone downhill very fast on the last 2 years. The place is DIRTY. Mould growing everywhere. The sink in the family change room was blocked and filled with puke. Clumps of hair everywhere. The shower heads throughout the place either trickle or spray onto the roof as they are built up with calcium. The gym has that many cobwebs everywhere. The equipment is falling apart with duct tape holding it all together and machines are just filthy. Never any soap in the gym showers. The whole place needs an overhaul. For the price we all pay as members the council should have plenty to clean and fix the place up a bit. This is our areas premier aquatic centre. It’s hasn’t been looking like that in ages. Very disappointing. Have brought this up with management and nothing ever changes. You need to do better for the community.

We go to the hydro pool every weeknIt’s a shame people have no respect to others and or propertynThe ladies bathroom is always dirty and smells. This is not the first time I have mentioned it to the staffnI suggest to have a cleaner come through more than once a day.

Pool facilities are good. Any chance of some maintenance being done in the bathrooms? Shower chairs broken in the accessible showers, soap dispensers empty in the showers, accessible toilet in the men's changeroom has the toilet paper dispenser missing so the toilet paper is wet and often unusable.nnLack of maintenance was the reason I stopped my membership. The amount you charge people monthly one would expect a better standard of maintenance.
