Wedding dress shopping at Casar Elegance is a delightful experience. They have a style of dress for everyone and all of beautiful quality. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and polite. When I had my alterations done and my dress was damaged, they were willing to assist any way they could. My only recommendation is that they stop recommending Lu Lu Fashions for alterations.
I had the most wonderful experience here and I can't praise Nikki the saleswoman enough! She helped me find my dream dress and she was so lovely, helpful and professional. She is a real tribute to this store and out of many stores I went to, my experience here was by far the best in both quality and service. When I went to pick up my dress Shannon was working and she was also increadibly lovely and helpful as well! Can't wait to wear my dress
My stylist was extremely helpful when picking out the styles I like. She didn't make me feel great about the whole experience though. I was left standing half naked in the change room for extended periods of time and she seemed more interested in talking to the other stylists than anything else. There was a dress I really fell in love with but I felt the experience was awkward and it took a lot of consideration to actually say no to the dress but I didn't want to have this experince linked to my wedding dress. I enjoyed other stores where they gave me constructive criticism and went to the effort to make me feel excited when I tried dresses I liked on. The dresses are absolutely stunning though and there's definitely something for everyone.
Cannot recommend Nikki enough. I went to many other bridal stores but Casar was beautifully presented with all dresses well maintained and the store was so welcoming. I was nervous and Nikki was patient and gentle and honest. She clearly knew her stuff and I found my dream dress for under my budget and genuinely felt that Nikki cared about my wedding and finding the best fit for me. Nikki looked after me and my little group of supporters and made the experience fun! Go to Casar. You will not regret it.
My favourite bridal store so far! Still yet to find my dress but my stylist Leilani was just so helpful, honest and fun! She really brought a great energy to the whole experience. I was a bit worried she wouldn’t know much about dresses etc because she looked quite young but she has the same knowledge as many of the more mature stylists I have had a different boutiques. As I said, still yet to find the dress for me but would definitely recommend trying Casar! Amazing range, great prices too.
If I could give Nikki 10 stars I would! I had an appointment with her at Casar Elegance and from the moment I walked in I knew that I would find my dress there. The store is gorgeous and Nikki was so patient and helpful and her enthusiasm for her job showed in the way she looked after me. She made me feel like a princess. I thought I knew the style that I wanted and after feeling a little disappointed that the style didn't suit me Nikki asked if she could make some recommendations. I loved all of her choices! She asked questions and listened to what I was saying about each dress as I tried it on and was able to show me the most amazing dresses that I never would have looked at otherwise. I highly recommend Nikki and Casar Elegance for all brides to be!
If I could give Nikki and Casar Elegance 100 stars I would! From the moment I walked in I knew I would have a wonderful experience finding my wedding dress. Nikki was so patient and helpful during the entire process and I have never left an appointment feeling disheartened or disappointed. Nikki is a true gem and a tribute to Casar. She truly cares about each client and I value her honesty and caring advice. The personalised service received during every appointment I've had has been second to none. During one of my recent appointments I expressed a desire to become a wedding planner and Shannon another true gem at Casar graciously gave me the name of a wedding company that runs workshops for those wanting to get into the industry. Finding my dream wedding dress has been my favourite part of the wedding planning process because of Nikki and all the staff at Casar. I would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend Casar Elegance to anyone finding their perfect wedding dress.
I went into there excited to find the perfect dress but ended up being extremely disappointed. The lady did not assist at all when we walked in, she glanced at us then went back onto her computer. However, as soon as another group of females entered she quickly helped them. Felt very prejudice in my opinion. Checked out the prices of the dresses, they were okay but quality didn't seem like the best. I was so disappointed by customer service I didn't want anything to do with the place.
My Stylist Connie was lovely and very helpful. I was however, disappointed with the way they give you tokens at the counter and send you off into the store to find dresses on your own. Compared to other stores where I have been shown through each dress by the stylist, I felt like I wasn't worth their time. It certainly was not the special VIP experience you want when you are looking for your dream wedding gown. Also, I was annoyed that the store does not allow photos. This really would have helped me to remember what each dress looked like on me when trying to decide between dresses.
Have had such a great experience at this store over the past few weeks - while I chose the 'one!'. Have had different girls helping on seperate occasions and all have been fabulous. Nikki and Shannon in particular stood out! Nothing was too much bother, and were more than happy to schedule multiple appointments to ensure it was the right dress for me. Did not feel pressured at all - and that's what brought me back. Wide range of dresses for different budgets too. Can't wait to pick it up now and wear on the big day!
