Brides Of Brisbane also has a section dedicated to plus size bridal. Our Plus Size Collection is comprised of hand picked gowns from leading designers that specialise in flattering the fuller figure.

This was my first time in the store, and I LOVED it.The dresses by Jack Sullivan are stunning and really took my heart, from his range of dresses I think I’ve found The One! My consistent was Ryley and she took care of me so perfectly, she made me feel snug and fitted in the dresses and helped me with the sleeves. She would fluff the dress to take pictures in and was so lovely to chat to. They gave me a price list of the dresses I loved and answered all my questions. I literally couldn’t fault this boutique. Thank you for the beautiful experience xx

I had the best experience at Brides of Brisbane. Ryley was so amazing, she made me feel at ease and confident for my first ever bridal appointment. The collection of dresses was big but I never felt lost and Ryley gave great guidance. The studio is gorgeous and the whole process was really smooth and easy. I would recommend this bridal studio above all else!

I had an amazing experience here! The dress I fell in love with was Mia by Jack Sullivan but unfortunately due to it being a new dress and having a lead time of around 4 months I wasn't able to get it as I'm getting married in 1.5 months. I did however love the style of dress and found one that is almost exactly the same! They have such a beautiful range of dresses and the lady that helped us made the experience so easy and memorable.

Huge variety of gowns, truly something for everyone. They are also so reasonably priced for the quality which is a nice change when shopping for a wedding dress. Lia is absolutely amazing and she made the whole experience so wonderful. Would recommend Brides of Brisbane if you are looking for your dream dress!

Not only are all the dresses beautiful but Hannah and Ryley were simply lovely to me and helped me in finding my dream wedding dress, and even customising it to suit what I wanted. Honestly couldn't recommend this store any higher! Anyone looking for amazing customer service, patience in trying on loads of dresses and help in getting the dress you want, go to Brides of Brisbane.

I didn’t have the best experience here compared to the other bridal stores I visited that same day. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment it says on their website if you’re late please call/text and let us know, so I did but when we arrived it almost felt like we were in trouble for being late. My entourage agreed it was a really unwelcoming and stale/awkward feeling as soon as we walked in. The sales consultant then took us through the system but she explained it like a robot and with no passion/excitement and sounded bored and tired of giving the same “spiel” almost forgetting this is one of the most special days of someone’s lives and when trying on dresses had a hint of defense in every response we gave her about something we didn’t like. It just felt like the equivalent of going to any clothing retail store and not the level of professionalism, attentiveness and excitement you should receive at a bridal store. The dresses were beautiful but despite such a large range I struggled to find any in my size and it is quite a high price range in my opinion. The experience just felt a bit discouraging from the minute we walked in the doors and it wasn’t the type of vibe or atmosphere I felt excited or motivated to choose my wedding dress in.

We flew down from Darwin to come and try dresses and was not disappointed. Amy had the most incredible knowledge of dresses and weddings. We had the most wonderful day, we felt important, welcomed and the team were accomodating. We cannot thank Amy and the team enough for their wonderful hospitality.

The girls at brides of Brisbane were absolutely fantastic in helping me find my dream dress. They were patient and helpful when I wanted to try on half the store and made sure I walked out with the one! Thanks ladies

Brides of Brisbane is a business for themselves. They don’t really care about the bride and the brides experience. At first they seemed to pretend they were but I have waited since December for fabric to arrive to have my dress altered and when I CALLED them to follow it up I was told that my fabric was in the box that just arrived and was set to be unpack over the weekend. Fast forward 2 weeks and I CALLED THEM AGAIN, to follow up and they have told me that when they unpacked said box two Fridays ago they noticed the order wasn’t in there. So instead of calling me to alert me they left it up to me to call and chase it up again to be told that the manufacturer didn’t send the items.  I wouldn’t recommend using them if you want a good experience and you want to feel like a fairytale bride.

I was nervous about doing a dress fitting, because I had never done one before and normally I find it hard to find clothes that fit my body shape small on top but bigger on bottom. My friend told me to try Brides of Brisbane because they had the best service and biggest range of dresses. They made it such a nice and welcoming experience for me. They have such a big collection of dresses and I could try all the styles I liked on. They have a huge range of sizes too. The consultant Shauna spent loads of time with me adjusting the dress so it fit my body perfectly and looked so flattering. They really spend time with you to make sure you get an accurate idea of how the dress would look on the day and they had soooo many styles to choose from. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to compare lots of options and/or are nervous about the experience!
