Casablanca's is not a fine dining restaurant, but a place you can come to & relax & enjoy rustic comfort food based on my Italian family recipes. We don't claim to be like any other Italian Cafe, we are true to what Lisa grew up with. We also do Catering.
Ciao and welcome to Casablanca's Caffe nestled on the Maroochy River in the heart of Maroochydore. We welcome you to our family table to enjoy the very simple of dishes from Southern Italy. Lisa the Owner was raised in a family that enjoyed the very basics from Sicily and Calabria where her parents are from and wants to show to her visitors a different side of the Italian culture, steering away from some of the more commonly known dishes that originated from Italy. The menu is based on Lisa's take of dishes, not the common way you are used to.
Our dedication is to simplicity and at the heart of our dishes are fresh ingredients. At Casablanca's Caffe we welcome you to enjoy the company of your family and friends in a casual homely dining experience. So sit back and relax, enjoy and as Nonna would say ... Mangia, Mangia.
