Got a lounge suite 2/5 and wooden bunks 3/5 they did not last long though i also purchased a queensize bed and its lasted over 2 years now and its as comfy as the day i got it. Do your research on what they build theyre furniture  with. I wasted almost $1000. My sister recently purchased a king single bed and draws she complained that the matress is very uncomfortable but the draws are decent enough. 3/5

Really bad so I’m still paying of a bed room suit and they want fix my bed yet I pay so much for this product yet still can fix one problem I do not recommend

I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying through online. It’s a real shame making people think everything’s good when it’s all lies. Unfortunately it got to the point where I had to contact the freight company directly to get answers, then again a trail of lies followed. They refused to take my calls or sort the matter so I had to go further. Think before purchasing from these guys

First time ever  i got an amazing service from Pallavi, my daughter start an application today also received all products today. Very fast and ease to apply. Good customer service. I give you 100% stars. GOD BLESS...i hope i will order more from you. I recomended everybody, Pallavi is the answer, very friendlly and respectfully. Heaps of stuffs to choose.

I would not buy anything from this place unless you are able to pick it up from the shop. I would not recommend them delivering it to your house, as they damaged my purchases in the first delivery, and in the second delivery they damaged my wall. The company they hire for delivery is very unprofessional, rude and aggressive to especially female. When trying to sort it out be having them fix the damage they definitely are not aware of politeness or customer service in any shape or form.

Bought a nice comfortable bed They were great If they get it delivered make sure they know to assemble but that was the delivery people  fault not casa On the whole recommend them Good people

Staff will go out of their way to provide you with specific needs and awesome hospitality. professional and Straight forward. Highly recommend and will consider them again.

Well first and foremost I would give a big thank you to the team at the Otahuhu branch for the great customer service that was provided, me and my sister came in looking for a lounge suite, dining table package and 2 single bed package with a budget and you guys did an awesome job nailing it with ease with a discount and small gift also,no one likes paper work when it comes to financing but I was so surprised how fast it was, stress free and easy as, I highly recommend Casa Beds and Appliances Otahuhu for all your home needs, keep up the great customer service you lot deliver.

Very helpful. .my laptop fix turned out to be OK didn't need a fix. . ...and they offered advise on phones S10 and interest free deals which I asked for
