Bonito Bar, good place to have a mexican style drink or food. I had a great time with my friends, and may I say that I had one of the best beer I tried in all New Zealand.
Burrito and a few beers can't go wrong. A decent size so you wont go hungry.
A comfortable bar for drinks and food. Their Mexican food is flavourful and reasonably priced for the specials. Great atmosphere and friendly staff
World class Mexican food. Did not expect this from a small town. Absolutely fantastic nanchos.
Fusion not mexican. Enjoyed the beef dishes. Pork taco creamy and sweet didn't appeal to us. Beef enchiladas served with standard coleslaw, flavor didn't meld well better with fish. There are some interesting dishes and discount nights. Give it a go and decide for yourself just go expecting fusion.
The food was decent and the venue is nice. Service was delayed due to and error by the waitress but was rectified professionally so overall we were happy. Worth trying the reaper sauce if you like hot food, it will blow your head off

Fabulous authentic Mexican food and very friendly staff. I had the goat and it was just incredible, with rich flavor. They often have specials on drinks, and there is a kids menu as well. Would definitely recommend.
