Terrible train station.. makes my way all the way there .. then .. no car park or no train . All the time.. you guys should have hotline so customer can make a phone call for information before they making their way there and could travel
Been commuting to and from this station since the start of the year, truly the sparsest, most inconsistent service I have ever experienced. Towards the end of the day the trains run maybe once an hour, and are often >20-30 minutes late going into the city, there seems to be a need for replacement buses at least 3-4 days a month, and have a nice fun 80 minute bus ride in if you end up on one of them. Staff are fine, facilities are fine, enough parking, just good luck to you if you want to use the train station to catch a train.
I am leaving a one star review due too the vline staff being unprofessional and rude, in particular a women with blonde hair. She was unhelpful and demonstrated a lot of “smart arse“ comments. Being a young teenager there are many reasons not to come to a train station for the bad reputations they have, I felt unsafe and targeted.
Parking spaces are the smallest one known to man, way too small. Station also needs more parking, simply not enough as the western suburbs grow
I refuse to pay the fare as V Line is unpredictable & unreliable at the best of times. Often from SCS u have to wait for a train giving reasons for their lateness...no engine? No conductor? Train delayed due to trespasser ? Faulty signals? Then while on route stops mid way again faulty signals? Allow express train to pass? And we're meant to pay for this service?
It's sort of in the middle of nowhere, far away from the Caroline Springs town centre.
Quiet and less crowded with waiting room and wheelchair accesible entry.
Nice place to commute from as the station staff are friendly and helpful.
Lots of parking, and great helpful lovely staff!
Very nice and clean and looks recently built.
