This is a quite library in the center of Carnegie were I come to write in solitude about all things common interests to me .the people are fantastic atmosphere is relaxing also its architecture is is a peace relaxing environment .

A few good shops, but a centre you only visit for specifics - groceries, medical, fitness, spotlight, doctors or music lessons. Accessing the carpark is annoying at best, but there is an absolutely AMAZING amount of available, elevator-serviced parking that most people ignore because they simply don't want to drive down one level.

All you want from you're local central.  Has also and Woolworth. Has got a medical centre and a couple of cafes one that caters for kids. 
Plenty of 🅿 available and it's well situated just off dandenong road. 
Great little Asian shop to buy those items you can't find at the main supermarket

Carpark and shops are quiet after 8,9pm in the week otherwise it's like Bourke st
