Had a great tour with Ros. It was very informative, and we even got a few extra tastings from the bar while we waited for our food to come out. The pairings of beers and food was excellent. Would definitely come again.

Went here for one of their factory tours and would recommend it for any beer lover. You’ll get a glimpse of how your local beer is made and also get to ask any questions about it. My tour guide is very knowledgeable of the topic which is always good. At the end, we got to try several beers and understood how each differs.

We were given a Red Balloon Tour and Meal for Christmas and we put it in the 'to do one day ' basket. Given we had been to a number of micro and craft breweries,  this was a bit of a 'how big are CUB, we can bottle 900 bottles per minute and supply everyone in Australia a litre of beer every 12 days...'
However, the tour was interesting given the young fella was fairly new at the tour guide gig. His knowledge was a basic level but informative enough for most people. A paddle of 6 beers and a superb lunch to follow with the band from the 60s  Sunday Session ensemble providing atmosphere..we really did enjoy our Red Balloon experience. We thoroughly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a beer.

Mahyo used to think Carlton Draught as ordinary. However, Mahyo recently discovered the reason was because local pub diluted the beer. The realisation came when Mahyo drank Carlton Draught at Ulsan vs Melbourne Victory soccer game at AAMI Park. The temperature was perfect and the taste blew Mahyo mind. Now Mahyo is a loyal drinker for this brand. Mahyo now supports Carlton Football Club instead of Collingwood. But opinion of AFL will change as the ladder changes. Just kidding. Beer is the best. Carlton is the best. Therefore Beer = Carlton.
