My friend Mr Ian Graves from Benalla went to Car Audio Connection, because another local auto electrician did an awful job on Mr Graves car, they took advantage of Mr Graves who has a acquired brain injury and did not fix his car under the fit for purpose Guarantee but they also broke the central locking in Mr Graves car. 

Thanks to Shane at Car Audio Connections, Ian's car stereo is now working as it should be, but Shane also went the extra mile and repaired the central locking that has been broken by the previous mechanic. Shane was very patient with Ian and he explained what needed to be done.

Mr Graves came back to pick up his car from Shane about an hour later, not only to find his car stereo working as it should be part also Shane had repaired the central locking all for an affordable price..

Shane was up front and honest with Ian but he also took the time to explain everything to Ian to fix the problem.

I want to personally Thank you Shane for helping my friend Ian out, you honesty, integrity and service will keep you in business for a very long time and I would recommend your services to everyone in Wangaratta and surrounding towns.

this shop is a disgrace the way they treat customers they forget to order your stuff and forget you and on top of that they book you in for work and don't open and don't bother to  notify customers. great way to treat customers  disgrace
