From the moment Capital Storm Solutions knocked on our door offering to put through an insurance claim on our behalf for a new roof, they were professional, easy to deal with, and extremely competent. The process was very easy, straight forward and smooth. Anthony and Gareth were very friendly and helpful. Fast forward a few months and we have a brand new colorbond roof thanks to Capital Storm Solutions. The whole process did not cost us a cent, they even paid the insurance premium for us. We barely had to do a thing. We are so grateful for their assistance.
