Hands down the worst strata management company. Rude, unprofessional and generally have no clue what they’re doing. We sacked them from our complex after years of unanswered requests. They mishandled levies and then had the hide to make the termination process as difficult as possible. I can’t even convey how awful they are to deal with. Hardly surprising given how terrible their reputation is, they have certainly earned it!

They are very unprofessional. To replace the parking card, it took me three weeks. Initially, they informed that the person in charge is not in the office and told me that they would call me back. As I didnt get any phone call from them for days, I called them again and was told that the person in charge left the company then asked me to send them email. No respond for days. Called them again and was asked to log into the website where I could order the parking card......AFTER 3 WEEKS of waiting.... During the process, no one was apologising for their unprofessionalism and poorly-organised system. So disappointed.

Very unprofessional service. Not happy at all. Hope other customers have better experience than us. The senior manager was not helpful at all. Will not choose their service in the future. Shame that I can't rate 0/5 so 1/5 it is
