Unfortunately, I took a day off from work to wait for them for a service. Beside the fact they hang out on my wife's face, they also did not try to understand what was happening. They have reschedule 3 days to solve the issue in our apartment. If wasn't for the Real estate to hire them I would never take their service. If you are looking for reliable company, I recommend you to search for another provider, otherwise you will spend a whole day waiting for them.

Mitigated feedback. Plumber was a nice guy and did a good job, but I believe the cost was a bit too much. I can accept the usual comfortable margin for parts, but he charged an additional 15min to what he said he would and charged $65 to hire a bpress. He did a good job, but will look at cheaper options going forward.

Thought it about time for our review' We have been using Capital Plumbing now for many years, and have always had very fast response times, plus the staff, both office and outdoor, are second to none. Since Jason commenced his business, he/they have always looked after our plumbing requirements. We would recommend Capital Plumbing, to anyone who wants a clean, fast, reliable and cost effective service. Thanks Jason Keith

Jason completed plumbing of my house some years ago. Poor work resulted bathroom tap to leak water two floors, costing me damages over $2000 (CGU insurance didn't covered workman ship faults). He claimed the tap was faulty but we have used that same tap for many years without any problem. He put washing machine in laundry but forgot to put the water outlet... I waited 3 months for toilets with bidet and took all the bidets off later without letting me know. Jason also sent his apprentice many times who couldn't stop talking on the phone while I was paying those hours as well as early hours of the day he didn't show up. I would not recommend him if you value your property

We've dealt with this company several times now and find they are highly professional and know exactly what they are talking about. They even put up with my inquisitive kids 😁 Very happy and highly recommend their services
