Rotten company to work for, pay is well under the award rate, these people really know how to rip guards off. Managers and the HR team like to stand over people in their interviews, thinking that they have the right to do so. They don't communicate within the office therefore guards get incorrect information or two guards end up in the same place when only one was suppose to be there....amazing..... its a wonder this company can even run....

Terrible management and terrible mentality towards guards, you get absolutely no appraise for anything! hire cheap import Labor, pay bottom dollar flat rate, had guards texting in their cars on the phone when I needed back up! suncorp stadium is a joke! They have amassing exclusion zone and dont even allow guards who are there for public safety to park there on site, to many management ranks and very dis attached from their ground workers, so many guards iv met have all said how they hated working there and when they failed to acknowledge I done a shift and signed on they apparently didn't have the paper work and refused to pay me, which is technically a crime in the security industry. When I confirmed with another source I'd worked the shift cap blew up and abused me for going out side of them to confirm I worked the shift, even the source them self where happy to back me up, don't ever work for this company even if your a newby, please don't stoop that low! The only reason they have a company is because of suncorp stadium and the mateship with management between the two.

The only reason C(R)AP have a strong foothold on the events work is because of their high level civil liability protection. Very high turnover of security staff due to piss poor management, selection and remuneration. If your new to the industry and need just a foot in the door to get experience, its OK. But for seasoned/older guards, don't remotely bother.
