I am so happy to have Dr Ash back. He is the most caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly mannered doctor ever and he has a great sense of humour to boot. Also great to see Lyn back at reception. Highly recommend
Excellent service all round. I was visiting from out of town and required a short notice appointment. The team were able to fit me in with a few hours notice on a Saturday morning. Vanessa and another front end lady were extremely helpful in assisting with new patient details through HotDoc portal. Dr Nattrass was outstanding! not only treating the issue directly but provided insight into root cause and next action.
As a new patient, I was very happy all round with reception ladies being very friendly, approachable and efficient. Dr Jasmine was amazing, easy to discuss matters with and very understanding. I have found my new doctor and clinic. Cheers J

I am a New Zealanders who has just recently relocated to Mackay Australia. My experience was pleasant. My first time at this practice meeting my doctor and front staff at reception. A little bit more interaction & communicating from Frontline reception would have been that little extra for me. A nice warm inviting smile, a simple "So,this is your first time here?" "Where am I from?" Just a little more P.I. skills as a very new customer to the clinic, may well have earned another star rating or 2.
It's so good to have Dr Ashley back again. His level of care and concern for his patients is exceptional and something I just couldn't find with any other Doctor while hunting for a new GP. So thankful he is back and I don't have to dread Dr visits anymore.
Caneland medical is a wonderful doctor surgery. Dr. Andy was the best doctor I’ve ever had treat my three-year-old son. He knew exactly how to engage with him. We will be back for sure.
After only moving to Mackay 5 months ago & previously having the same doctor for 17 years I thought it would be hard to find a good doctor, after being recommended by a friend I met with Dr. Kamrang who was very thorough, the receptionist staff were very efficient. The entire experience was fantastic.
Caneland Medical has supported me through Regular GP visits to recovery management post multiple surgeries . Dr . Ram has assisted in every possible way to make my path to recovery as pain free and easy as possible . Attention to the smallest of details , care for the smallest of discomfort makes anyone feel better . Front office staff , nursing staff and practice manager all have had the best and most professional ways of delivering their duties to us patients . Thank you Caneland Medical .
My partner Peter and I have only just moved to Mackay and found it very hard to find a medical Center accepting new clients We were referred to Caneland Medical Center thru another medical Center. The receptionist at Caneland were very helpful and knowledgeable helping to reduce our anxiety greatly about visiting their practice We met Dr Ashley Nattrass and we both found him to be caring and professional leaving us feeling reassured our physical and health needs were in capable hands .
